Superiority

OX-1 is a highly efficient photoinitiator, it is particularly suitable for applications requiring high photosensitivity in combination with low yellowing. It has an absorption band in the region of 300-400 nm. The peak wavelength is 325 nm and the absorption edge reaches 400 nm, which is expected to be sensitive to the light at or below i-line (365 nm). Based on the solubility measurements, HRCure-OX01 is highly soluble in the solvents such as propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate (PGMEA) and cyclohexanone, which typically are used in color filter resists. HRCure-OX01 exhibits an outstanding curing performance in highly pigmented resist formulations, mainly applied for Color-filter resists and black matrix resists for display applications; in addition, it can also be applied in photo-sensitive polymide formulations, in spacer materials for LCD, in microlens materials, in overcoat layers and in dielectric and insulating layers. Recommended concentration is 2.0-5.0% in Color Filter Resist or 1.5-3.0% in Photosensitive Polyimides.
